We went ice skating at "The Rink" in the Elements Mall in Kowloon Station. Very modern. You pay by the minute for the time you are on the ice. It works out to be $1 USD for every 8 minutes on the ice so I guess relatively expensive. But it is very convenient and the $2.50 entry fee includes skate rental.
Nothing cheap in Hong Kong!
